In Oklahoma you only have to pay for two years of back fees.
Best of all there is no smog or even annual inspections. You can be ticketed if your car is on the road and has a safety violation. |

What Year is this 280 C
How long does it take to fall out of the system? You gotta be close.
I'm in California and had a motorcycle recently that fell out. Took my plate in and they had no record. Light check and one years paid and on my way. Maybe a low title fee. Can't remember. |

This makes sense. I just spotted this thread and could tell from the bumper, mirror, rear tail lights, and a few other details that you were looking at a 280c from 1973 or older. They changed several details from 1973 to 1974.

the Principal of the Sale was defective
Well perhaps Its old age ? I just get tired of " Story's " and the seller of this Car told me he " Thought " he had registered the Car Non Opp . He only wanted $800 or $850 for the Car so a deal I thought but with the Possible Penalty's now the cost becomes Twice as much still a deal BUT !!! .
However something about about a *** about the registration Status made me pass on the car . Developed a rationalization long ago about such things that's Its meant to be , is a reason why you pass on such things because in the long or perhaps Short run you well be Glad you passed on the transaction |

For $800, I'd buy it as a parts car... If it were close to me.
