Post Mercedes-Benz 1959 220SE For Sale

Hello everyone. Hopefully I found the right place!

We have an original off-white Mercedes-Benz 1959 220SE with red seats.
All of its parts are in mint or near mint condition. Under 24k miles driven.
The car has been kept in an air-conditioned garage away from the elements
and humidity. We are planning on getting it professionally cleaned soon.
(Just a touch up from getting dusty in the garage for a couple years).
That being said, there is no mold or discoloration present in the interior
or exterior. The battery has been on a drip charge to keep it healthy.
All paperwork and parts are intact. We have an appraisal for it from a
few years back at around $100k. There is currently an offer outstanding.

I am wondering where would be the best place(s) to get it listed?

Please reach out if you would like more information about the car.

Cheers!

First off, is it a four door, 2 door or convertible?

Second, At that price point, you want a professional auction house, a well known and connected broker like John Olsen (a co-founder of the MBCA) or put it on Bring a Trailer with lots of pictures.

Good luck with it.

Thank you for the response!

It is a 2-door. Non-convertible.

I have all the information, including pictures, in the appraisal.

Hello,
Have to ask-do you have documentation to support the milage? Seems like a very nice car-hope it does well. BAT would be the way I would go but be prepared for brutal commentary.

Please refer to the following images of the official
appraisal via Classic Auto Appraisals NY
from December 29th, 2009.

The mileage can be seen on the bottom
of the last page (6) and reads 23,827.

The car had been appraised at $99,800 which
can be seen on the bottom of the 4th page.

Keep in mind this was in 2009's economy
and the car has been kept nicely in the
same condition as presented.

Sorry for the low image quality.
This forum only lets me upload
a very limited sized image file.

Please feel free to email me at

if you have any inquiries or would
like to see more images of the car!

Thank you guys.

No unicorn here! Unless you're referring to
the car being as magnificent as one because
she certainly is! Please see my reply above.
