spark plug 280se

I pull a plug out to see what it look like, when i notice the end of the plug with the plug wire, the screw was missing that screw on the end of the plug, so I took another off and they all were that way is this right the plug wires look good.

280 se 4.5 1973

If you mean that the "nipple" that screws on to the spark plug was "missing" this is correct - these cars don't use those nipples. Some do, others dont. That's why they usually can screw off!
