I'll give you $100 for four if there are really 15"

The real 15's are almost 16" in diameter.

And stock on '85 300SD's were 14" Bundts... not 15's.

These are real 15" Bundt wheels - Made in Germany by Centra.

..............damn that GD coupe is gorgeous.

They are worth about $200.00 apiece if they are in pristine condition.

If the tire size was 15", you better go back and buy them.

Thanks Brian... that was my 1982 280CE (M110 185hp Euro-version) coupe back in the Philippines. This car is pristine! I think it sat more in the garage under covers than being driven!! And it shows... This car won 1st place in the W123 Coupe Class and 2nd Place overall in the Modern Class at a MBCP Tri-Star Car Show back in 2001.

I was disappointed to see they were 15's because I was looking for a 14 rim for a spare for my car. If anyone wants them they are on a car sitting behind a barn on a country road between Lindsay and Barrie Ontario. There is a farmer up there who has about 50 Mercedes sedans and wagons from the 50's finmobile on up in his own private junkyard. I don't know why. Maybe his neighbor had the Bentley market sewn up.

How about you go over there and get them.

I'll give you my spare 14" wheel off the SD.

The SD is going to 15", one way or the other.

cherished that coupe!

Yes! Go get 'em... ASAP. I have a nice set of 15" Centras (again!) sitting in my garage - paid $600 (including shipping) to a friend in Bath, Germany awhile ago... One of these days, I'll take 'em out of their blankets...er, boxes... and mount the set on my wagon.

I dream about finding one that beautiful.

Of course, it would fetch upward of $8K.

LOL... I sold mine for almost about that price! My homepage has a couple more pics of it - it truly was nice in/out/over/under. Dang! you're making me somber just thinking about it!

I've got a set of 15 inch Centra bundts up for sale in the parts for sale section if anyone's interested. Was Centra an OEM supplier for these wheels?

I have a set of 14" Bundt style wheels on my 1972 250 (114 body), and they look just great! Never saw a set on a 250 before, but everyone that sees them loves the look on this particular body style. Timeless in design, makes my 250 really stand tall. I shod them with a set of Perilli's and the car rides, handles like a dream at highway speeds on 65-75 mph. I wouldn't trade them for any other wheel, they are so perfect for this car!

Is the OEM size for w123 wagons a 13inch bundt wheel? If the 15in bundts are so difficult to come by, how are the 14in bundts as far as availability. Also, is it fairly inexpensive to have these wheels sandblasted and refinished?
