I tried a 15" wheel with a offset of 37 and that was fine. I am worried about rubbing on the fenders and/or shocks.

Did you notice that the auction is for 1 wheel or are you interested in getting another set that came off the same kind of car?
I think the offset is supposed to be 35 and greater for the W124. You could ask Luke at the Tire Rack.

There was another set that I had found local. The auction I posted was just a better picture. I lost anyways. LOL. The final bid was $50.02. I could have kept the tires and re listed the wheels for that. Oh well. The search continues.
