do you have an owners manual?

i would follow their rules.

if you don't i would say from memory, take it easy for the first hundred miles or so not taking the engine to redline. if traveling on the highway use different speeds. take it to a remote road and using third gear accelerate fairly hard and back off about 20 times to seat the rings, and change the oil at 500 to 1000 miles. dont use synthetic til the engine is broken in.
