You might be in luck and the car has one. My car had one when I bought it, so I don't know what exactly is involved. I would imagine you would have to drain all the coolant, remove one of the block freeze plugs, and replace it with the heater. The heater rund off household current, so wiring is nothing more than a cord that runs out to your bumper. As far as needing one here in N.J. I know for my car, it helped this past winter. It really depends on the overall condition of your engine and what type of oil your using. Synthetic will make it easier for the enigne to turn over. Comvential oil will take a little more umph! to get her started. Speaking of umph!, a strong battery is a must. I would get one eitherway. It certainly can't hurt. What year, rather chassis, wagon did you buy?
