Cover has two 8mm bolt/screws and two philips head plastic screws. Take off the rubber pieces on the two sides and pull up on the portion closest the front of the car and slide out. Then you can see the heater box and heat valve and the wiper assembly. you can take the whole thing right off with three or four bolts.
