I want to move my wiper blade round a notch as it stops slightly in the driver vision but I don't know how to get the assembly off the drive motor. I assume there is a way to first of all remove the large cover at the base near the bonnet?

Cover has two 8mm bolt/screws and two philips head plastic screws. Take off the rubber pieces on the two sides and pull up on the portion closest the front of the car and slide out. Then you can see the heater box and heat valve and the wiper assembly. you can take the whole thing right off with three or four bolts.
