I have rust in my tank. I'm going to remove as much of it as possible without splitting open the tank, and I don't want it to re-appear, or whatever is left, I want it sealed so it doesn't contaminate the fuel.

New tanks are $800+, splitting and repainting is about $400, and even a used tank, no one is willing to claim their tank has no corrosion, so I might as well do mine for $40-50 worth of materials, and my time.
