There is oil leaking on the passenger seat from the visor on my 98 500sl!!!!

I know it must be the latch that holds the Pano top. My question is 1. What is its proper name so I can call around to find one...The Mercedes dealership is closed.

2. can I unplug something so I can drive it? It starts leaking when I turn the ignition key on!?
