The CD brings more money, especially with the mileage stated.

If the mileage checks out on Carfax and the vehicle shows well, it would sell for $4-$5K on ebay without too much difficulty. Bad paint would knock it down as would a marginal interior.

Anything less than $3K would be a steal.
