Both had sinus surgery to correct abnormal passages that prevented proper drainage. After surgery, problems went away.

You may also want to begin a regimen of good quality multi-vitamins and supplements. Not store brand stuff, which is useless.

Yeah, both my sisters had that. They give you a local anesthesia and then take needle nose pliers and break out the sinus cavity. You can hear the crunching. After that snot just runs down across your lips and chin. Real attractive when you're sitting at the dinner table.
