As to the primer pump I would get that done pretty soon. After fooling around with a 300TD I just picked up with Brandon yesterday and having a hard time getting it started after putting a new turbo on it, it turned out to be a bad old fuel primer pump. Was letting air in and when trying to pump it leaked more than was probably going in. Car hadn't started in about 4 years but once we got that taken care of it started right up.
