hello, I have not had any experience with your model yr. But on both my w124 and w140 which has the same radio, the connection for the changer is in the trunk. check either the left or right side of the panels. You will have to get the trunk liner out of the way. also check the glove box. On my friends 2001 C320 the changer is in the glove box. You will most likely need a adapter for the factory harness. I have 94-98 radio and I sold both cd changer and replace it with an Ipod, if you have an Ipod you might consider that instead of cd changer.
