Well mission accomplished. I wish I had known how tough those caliper bolts would be, WOW. I guess they were installed with Loctite and I had to use a bottle jack against a breaker bar to get them loose. Thanks to the person who described how to break those 5 allen bolts loose from the rotor by installing the hub/rotor to the wheel, and using the wheel as a base.
All the old bearings looked pretty good for their age, except one outer race had a tiny little burr in the surface. Hard to believe that can cause all that rumbling, but there it was. Car rides like a limo now!
BTW new parts are Brembo rotors and PBR/Axxis Deluxe pads.
