re-soldering...
On the circut board where the input/output pins are soldered. Mine had worked themselvs loose. If you've already had the relay apart, see if you can rock the circut card while holding the base (with the pins) steady. If you can, try re-soldering them. I think they used a pretty heavy gauge of solder, so you'll need an iron or pencil that gets pretty hot. I used one from work with a temperature control. I found it worked best set to 800 degrees. If you're not sure about yours, go to radio shack and ask. They should be able to help you figure the wattage you need. Any luck with your A/C?
