Mercedes was (don't know if they still are) offering leases on the C230 Sport sedan for $330/month for 39 months.

I think BMW has always offered competitive leases on the bare bones 3 series.

Usually you will find there is somewhere in the neighborhood of $3,000 due at lease signing. Except for that fact, I don't think there really is any catch if you like the car.
