www.craigslist.com or if you spot someone in a parking lot with one and ask him if he wants to sell it.
WHOLESALE, a car of that description will fetch $9000 to $10000. I know, I bought mine a little above wholesale and have seen several since then to confirm what I paid.
Doesn't mean they're not out there - with patience, you could get real lucky and find exactly what you're after.
