It says "Includes one headlamp."

That's a good price for a Hella lamp, although that looks like the DOT-approved model with the glass lens and bulb shroud. I'd recommend looking for the Hella with the lexan (plastic) lens. While the DOT-approved Hella is much better than a sealed-beam lens, the lexan model is even better, and costs the same.

I just looked at the second site. He says that they're "flat lens" would would be the lexan model, but they do appear to still have the bulb shroud. Perhaps they started using them on all the 7" lamps. Still, the lexan model works much better. While not DOT-approved, nobody checks your headlights for compliance unless you get silly with them.
