It's probably better than stock, but I can say from experience that the lexan Hella lamps are just plain great. Well worth the money.

The glass Hellas are also much better than sealed-beam DOT lamps. Somewhere in between.

I wouldn't expect nearly as much from a non-european company as from Hella. Theirs are well worth $40 each. Your eyes will thank you.
