Why would they use a size that isn't included in the typical set? 10? Fine. 8? Okay. But 9?

I am about to set out on the obligatory and futile 3 hour hunt for metric parts in this BS town the the ********* of the USA, West Virginia.

When I get home again, does anyone know where I can order these on-line? Maybe a socket-bit set that includes a 9MM?
