You can easily call them on the phone and they are very accomodating. I bought the additives from them directly (they are about fifty or so miles away from here...) and their customer service was excellent, especially compared to so much else mediocre hereabouts in the Bay Area where on encounters a snarky or pissy attitude or merely a mechanical voice as if from a horror movie.
