Can/do both of the electric fans go bad at the same time? And which relay is it outside/above of the fuse box that controls them?
Car has new OE radiator, hoses, thermostat, coolant, and JimFs cooling harness...no air in system. The weather has only gotten pretty warm recently and the fans aren't kicking on when stopped in traffic I'm noticing. Any ideas? TIA
Runs about 80 C most of the time, but shoots up to over 100 C off the highway.
BTW, car has 148K on it ...I know other 500E owners who have lost one fan...but both at the same time?
