What finally worked? On mine I had to splice the wires on one door and clean the switch on the other. Cleaning the switch is easy but using dielectric grease to hold things in place while you put it back together really helps. I'm afraid I've had get inside the doors on my car so many times that I can do it in under ten minutes now.
