So far every switch that I have check on my car has been built the same way and if you have cleaned the seat switch you have done the hardest one so any time you have an elec. problem start with the switch. For some reason these switches tend to build up carbon and it woen't make good contact with that. The best thing that I have found to clean the contacts is a pencil eraser.
