I have a convertible saab that lost its turbo last summer and caught on fire.
I was lucky, I got the fire out and saved the car but I dont think I can ever trust a turbo again. They are the weakest link. Everything rids on a tiny brass bearing and a small ring seal.... And when those let go Oil is gushed into a hot exhaust.
