Those of us who haven't been 17 for a lot more than 17 years aren't necessarily rich either. We do as much of our own work as we can. Good mechanics are unfortunately very expensive and they always seem to have the most expensive parts sources.
1) If you can get a window to work even a little bit, then the motor (the expensive part) is probably OK and the trouble may be (a) lack of grease, (b) old grease turned to amber, (c) dirty switch contacts. That is a problem you can learn how to fix yourself. You should shake your head sadly and mutter something about the cost of window motors and knock the price down $500.
2) The blower problems may be due to worn brushes, which can be replaced with a little work. Do a search for "fan motor." The factory gets almost $500 for the fan assembly, by the way, so you can knock the price down for that.
3) I don't have a clue as to the cost of pads and disks but someone here will know or you can click on the "Buy Parts" link at the top of the page. You may be able to learn to do this job yourself. Knock the price down at least $500.
4) The antenna may need just a new mast or may need to be completely replaced. Mine is occasionally a little sticky. I use a light oil and run it up and down a bunch of times, wiping off any black crud as it appears.
