Just keep looking and you're likely to find info specific to your problem. Also thought I'd mention that there are troubleshooting / diagnostic books for your transmission available in the 'buy parts' section for about 15 bucks. A useful reference to keep if it has specs and procedures. Best of luck with your 190td... I'll bet you'll have it shifting well in no time.
