Purchased a "91" 300D with nonworking climate control. When I jumper from 12V (red) to ground (black) at the regulator the fan runs. The Yellow wire ??? is at 0V when off, 3V when low fan is pushed, and 9V for high fan. Am I correct, the Regulator is bad? First foray into MB.
