Purchased a "91" 300D with nonworking climate control. When I jumper from 12V (red) to ground (black) at the regulator the fan runs. The Yellow wire ??? is at 0V when off, 3V when low fan is pushed, and 9V for high fan. Am I correct, the Regulator is bad? First foray into MB.

You might have better luck with this in the Tech Help section at the top of the page. Here in the Open Discussion section there is no requirement that members even know how to open the hood.
