Its on top of the steering box. I don't recall the exact tools, but I don't own any exotic wrenches, so standard tools should do the job. I think I had to be creative with the limited access, twisting my hands and arms around since I did this on the driveway.

Just be sure about what you are doing, since you are dealing with a critical safety component of your car.
