I am with pig on this one. I used performace for the first time since they are a sponsor on the other board. What a bunch of idiots, customer service is not their forte. I ordered new floor mats and center caps for my 98 sl500. The mats I am pleased with, but getting 4 center caps that were not broke or the wrong finish took over a month and a half. I am going to use a 10 off coupon they sent me for some soft top cleaner then I am done with them. I can't imagine trying to order a part for your engine or something like that if they can't get the right plastic center cap.
