I'll check the throttle cable according to spec as described in WIS.

Same tires/rims on all four. Pressure checked and adjusted regularly, so I would rule that out..

WIS is also pointing out speedo wire as a possible cause, if it has been twisted or damaged. But I would have thought that the CC problem would have been consistent in all speed ranges? Any experience on this?
