That's what I was thinking. Pepper spray and a baton on a 120 lb female would have been a piece of cake.
I'm sure it's tought to be a cop and there are a lot of good ones but it makes you wonder when you read about the questionable uses of Tasers and then a case like this where it would have been far preferable to bullets.
