Thanks Gilly!! I don't have the old parts as the shop before me started the job. I went down to my local dealership and all of the clock springs that they had in stock only had one connection which was yellow. They said that there were only two different units available depending on the year of the car. I saw both variations of the two and neither one had two plugs on the back side of the clock spring. I believe also that the original clock spring had two plug connection but I can't confirmed as I don't have a picture and I wasn't the one who pulled it off. Tried talking to the other shop to see if they had it laying around the shop but they were of no help whatsoever. What you're saying is right along the lines of what I'm thinking but I am having a hard time confirming that theory!! If you have any other ideas let me know. Thanks in advance. I hate going behind someone else work.
