valve stem seal kit-exhaust have yellow coated ring and intake have black coated ring, use install sleeve when doing intake seal

I copied and pasted this from DIY article about changing valve stem seals.

Personally, I use the seal kit I get from the dealer. I just figure with all that labor I'm not going to take a chance on such an inexpensive part.
