Do a search on power bleeding and you will find a post on building the pressure bleeder for cheap and it will automagicaly leave the MC fluid at the proper level.
If I were you ... I'm assuming a few things here, I'd spray the bleeders with PB Blaster for a couple days before trying to loosen the bleeders. This is an easy job and you will learn a few things like looking at the underside of the car ... I once found a rock wedged between the frame and a brake line! I'd rate the difficulty at 1.5 the difficulty of an oil change.
