Have it checked by a professional? Why would replacing the EHA upset the fuel mixture?

I don't mean to be difficult, it just seems to me that replacing the EHA has somehow caused this "warm-start" problem.

Maybe I upset one of the vacuum hoses whilst replacing the EHA?
