Would need to check the rest pressure.
When it is turned off, there should be about 35psi pressure in the system with a lower limit of 28 psi after 20 minutes.

If it goes to zero real quick the fuel pump/s check valve/s are/is suspect.

Without this rest pressure, the fuel vaporises in the injection lines causing hard warm restart.
