Armondo, I don't have one handy to give you the PN but you can 'see' it on the driver's side just behind the left portion of the V8 engine; right behind the valve cover. Look on the back wall and you'll see a 'black' plastic (cryolac) four (4) port 'tee'.

There must be some 'static' pressure on this part due to the four hoses that come off of it. Also it must get tired, like metal fatigue and break.

I just changed mine after a car was towed in with it broken!! Actually mine was still 'new' but my tech insisted!
