A 5-speed conversion will probably cost double or more than a 4-speed. The 5'er is so insanely rare in the USA and costs so much to ship across the pond, it's not very cost effective just to get a few hundred RPM lower highway speeds.

I've only seen one 5-speed in person and it was in a pristine 280CE that I wouldn't have the heart to take apart.
