My question would be how does the injection control modual ground the temp signal to get 3.5 to 5 volts at the fuel pump relay for the cold start acativation? it seems it would have to ground it thru pin # 7 of the control modual? as to checking with an meter yes, clean from the cold start injector, all the way to the control modual and out to the control modual.
