Many thanks Peter - I do have wire colors (at the multi switch) provided with the installation instructions, and with your description, and working under the assumption that they are the same color at this location, I should be able to track them down - Just what I wanted to hear!

PS.. since we have the same vehicle, did the "convenience control" (?exact name?) take car of arming and disarming the factory alarm for you (from a single connection to the vacuum pump), or did you need to add additional connections to the alarm control unit (under front passenger upper floor)? I believe that the single connection to the vacuum pump should do it, but because of your experience, I'd like to confirm.
