Nah.
Not especially good, the W210 (1996-up) had way too many of their share of problems for a Mercedes Benz. These were the first E classes with lots of headaches.
Watch out for rusty/about to collapse spring perches on them if you want one.
The '94-95 E420 would be a better bet, less problems overall, (butcheck the wiring harnesses) generally
