He thinks 15,000 free of salvage title and in perfect shape,and the person really wants it,maybe,you pile lots of money into something like this and this is what you get.Not a good move unless you intend to keep it for a very long time,look at it as a parts car,would you pay that much?Only if it was a rare car and parts very hard to come by! j-n-t
