I've had luck with them (my cruise now works).

What I did is sent in the cruise brain and the actuator (what pulls the throttle under the hood) and have them test BOTH on a bench so you know what is the culprit. My cruise brain was a refurb from programa and tested OK. Turned out the actuator was dead.
