Pacific Northwest Wind Storm

Hopefully the forcasts for the impending "big blow" we are expecting here in Western Washington are on the dramatic side.

If not I will take pictures of any damage I encounter.

I am loading up the truck to spend the night at my parents home. Their home is surrounded with trees! Mine is not. I did lose a few shingles from my roof from the blast we got a couple of days ago. The latest system is supposed to make the last one look like a mild sneeze.

I got the chain saw, fuel, and other goodies loaded up. I wired their home for a generator a couple of years ago, so I got that base covered.

We have had lots of rain over the past month or so and the ground is saturated, that will not help the situation.

The news is calling this the storm of the decade!

Wish me luck, I hope I do not need it!

Jeff
