I had a 93 1500 WT with the 4.3 V6 and five speed. I never minded shifting, and I averaged 20MPG.
I would love to find a 240 manual parts car to change mine over to a four speed. I am not a fan of automatic trannies, but at least MB makes a good one. Or at least they did in 1985.
