Yeah, sounds to me like your boss has a terminal case of Short Sh**s Disease. There is usually no cure for that, appears to be genetic. If you are not fired by the time any trial comes up, you surely will be after any testimony. However that is the only responsible thing to do, and you are best gone from that bunch of goons anyway!!!
